A fun choreographed STEP class will keep you on your toes. This class provides a great cardiovascular workout and an intense abdominal section at the end of class. An intense workout that includes both cardiovascular exercise and intervals of strength training for the upper and lower body. STEP is suitable for anyone who wants an energetic, exciting, results-oriented workout.

Core/Conditioning

The Core/Conditioning class offers 30 minutes of core strength work. Abdominals, obliques, lower back, upper back and glutes, as well as upper body conditioning,  can be included in this session. The class moves at a quick pace, but it can be modified for beginning exercisers.
